Kraft Paper bags can hold both wet and dry pulp samples since they are made of high wet-strength brown kraft paper. As the name suggests, wet-strength allows samples to be retained in the bag walls when they get wet.
When they are placed in the ovens to dry off, a quick-action wire tie closing clip folds over to seal the bag.
Wet-strength brown kraft paper bags are mostly used for storing and drying rock sample pulp that mining or exploration companies send in for analysis. Once the test is finished, the lab uses the Pulp Bags to dry or return the samples to the company once they have been reduced to a pulp.
